The deal, in plain English.

1. Orders and acceptance

Adding items to your bag and paying is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock at the warehouse, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or shipping address. If we decline after you have paid, you get a full refund and nothing else is owed either way.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe on their hosted checkout page; we never receive or store your card details. Prices can change at any time, but never for an order we have already confirmed.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil it. We will tell you rather than quietly cancel.

3. Shipping and delivery estimates

Shipping within the United States is free. Delivery is usually 7–20 business days including processing and transit. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and we do not offer guaranteed or expedited delivery. Carrier delays, customs handling and warehouse routing are outside our control.

Orders with several items may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You are never charged extra for that. Tracking is provided after dispatch and can take a few days to start updating.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is marked delivered but you do not have it, contact us and we will help you chase the carrier.

4. Addresses

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you enter. If a parcel is returned to the warehouse because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will re-ship it once you confirm the correct address.

5. Product descriptions

Specifications, dimensions, capacities and weights come from our suppliers and are stated as supplier specifications. Colours vary between screens. We describe what products do without inflating it: our organizers change how a bag is laid out, they do not reduce the weight of what you pack, and compression results vary by fabric and how much air is removed. We make no claim that any product is airline approved, waterproof, or of medical benefit.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms: 30 days from delivery, unused and in original condition, a USD 5 restocking fee on change-of-mind returns, and no fee at all where an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. We issue refunds rather than exchanges.

7. Using this site

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to this site or its checkout. Do not use it to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe any of this is happening.

8. Our content

The DRIP name, site design, written copy and original photography belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Supplier product photography remains the property of its owners.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights under applicable consumer protection law, which these terms do not displace.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a missed trip, a missed event, or costs incurred because a parcel arrived later than estimated. Delivery windows are estimates, and you should not book around them.

10. Events outside our control

We are not in breach of these terms for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, supplier warehouse closure, extreme weather, or failures of payment or hosting providers.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you ordered. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and the courts of New Jersey have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of protections that are mandatory under the law of your home jurisdiction.

13. If part of this is unenforceable

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
